YUQS, Organization for Quality Systems certification d.o.o., was founded in March 1997 as certification body for Quality Management Systems and Environmental Management  Systems. The founder of YUQS is JUGOINSPEKT BEOGRAD, the oldest and largest inspection organization in the West Balkan region.

YUQS is an independent, neutral and non-profit organization whose intention is to make its services available to all clients.

YUQS is the leading certification body for Quality Management Systems and Environmental Management Systems in the country, officially accredited, since the year 1999, by Serbian Accreditation body, ATS (former JUAT) for the activities of auditing and certification of QMS (according to the standard ISO 9001) and it is the first accredited certification body for auditing and certification of EMS (according to the standard ISO 14001).

YUQS is also accredited for QMS and EMS by the French accreditation body COFRAC (Comité Français d’Accréditation), which is a full member of EA (European Cooperation for Accreditation) and IAF (International Accreditation Forum). Thus, the YUQS certificates have acquired additional recognition and credibility, and YUQS has become the only Serbian certification body with foreign accreditations.

In addition, YUQS performs certification of Occupational Health and Safety Managements System (OHSAS 18001) and is registered for HACCP system certification (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), and also for FSMS (according to ISO 22000).

YUQS has a large number of highly educated and competent staff. Qualified auditors and technical experts provide professional and efficient assessment in organizations performing all types of activities.

YUQS has become a partner of IQNet (The International Certification Network), based in Switzerland, which allies 36 certification bodies from the world’s most developed countries with more than 200 subsidiaries.
